Due to the commitment to the safety of our employees and everyone around us in light of the COVID-19 outbreak, GENESIS Insurance Brokers and Benefits Consultants Ltd has implemented a Business Continuity Plan to ensure our continued service to you during this unprecedented time.
The WHO, CDC and our Ministry of Health recommendations for protective measures against the virus are clear and all necessary precautions are being taken.
There has been a spike in COVID-19 cases in T&T with community spread escalating.
GENESIS has decided to implement pre-emptive measures for the safety of our staff and clients.
GENESIS will continue to monitor the situation and provide guidance as more information becomes available on the extent and severity of the outbreak.

We are committed to delivering the service which you have come to expect, and our teams are fully functional. GENESIS will adopt the following modes of operations for our various departments in order to minimize personal interaction and practice social distancing.
We are also limiting physical meetings both at client premises and our office but we are available calls and meetings via phone or video conferencing.
Benefits Administration Division
Client Visits:
- We will not be maintaining a client visit until further notice.
Enrolments:
- Enrolments are to be submitted via soft copy to enroll@genesistt.com – originals will be collected in due course
- Approvals will be sent via email
Billings:
- We will continue to forward the insurer billings within the second week of the month and invoice accordingly
- Payments are to be done via ACH or Direct Deposit

- Claims are to be submitted via soft copy to benefits@genesistt.com – originals can be delivered to our office.
Claim Settlements:
- We are encouraging all our clients to save time by having claims reimbursed directly to your bank account by completing an ACH Form which can be submitted to us via email.
- If preference remains via cheque payment, please note that there will be a delay receipt to you

Finance Division
Premium Payments can be made via ACH, Direct deposit or Credit Card (link issued upon request). Your proof of payment can be emailed to finance@genesistt.com.
