Our Clinical Coordinator is responsible for organizing and overseeing the healthcare needs of our Member Clients. From Pre-Certifications to Patient Advocacy, we provide Case Management support to ensure that medical institutions and providers extend quality services at their patient care facilities. We communicate with Insurers and providers along the Supply Chain as and when required.
Through our Clinical Coordination arm, GENESIS provides access to 24/7 Medical Case Management support.
This service includes:
Pre-authorization
- Confirmation of eligibility of Benefits
- Quotations for costs of procedures
Patient Advocacy
- Logistical coordination from admission to discharge
- Patient visits and after care guidance
Benefits/Diagnosis Account Verification
- Review of institution/provider procedures and expenses
Moreover , GENESIS also collaborates with Medical Concierge Services such as Dalian to provide support for Clients from the point of admission to discharge from the medical facility.
