Employee Training
Our team of Account Executives specialises in providing scheduled technical, educational and other presentations to ensure plan members understand the benefits they are entitled to. It has been our experience that employee education is the only way employees experience the value of our clients’ investment in Employee Benefits. These presentations may also be leveraged to achieve various HR objectives.
Plan Design
On a periodic basis, we analyze and determine members’ medical benefits requirements using a participatory approach involving meetings with key personnel, historical claims data and emerging trends in the medical field. This allows us to determine appropriate modifications to the benefit structure.
GENESIS possesses the knowledge and expertise to evaluate any requests for plan adjustments/enhancements and will make appropriate recommendations to the Insurer.
